      2. Total PDF files - 1204 (These are organized by Club by Year and all pages for a single year are dumped into a single PDF file)
    2. Archived Newsletters that are in 3-ring binders but not scanned -

    3. The Newsletters that clubs are sending in weekly/monthly and are scanned
      1. individual PDF Files - 1133 (each file is one Newsletter issue)

  2. Books
    1. Number of Books - 617 (not counting guide books)
    2. Number of Guide Books - 131
    3. Number of Scanned Books - 3
    4. Percentage of scanned books - < 1%
    5. Number of book that members can borrow for 1-week - 178 (we have duplicates of some.)
  3. Audio Tapes
    1. converted to MP3 - 120 tracks
    2. remaining to convert to MP3 - Estimated to be 70 tracks
    3. Percentage converted to MP3 - 63%
  4. Scanned Magazines
    1. Issues - 3,815
    2. Titles - 230
    3. Percentage of ANRL’s magazine archive that have been scanned - We’re estimating 50%
  5. Videos
    1. Unique Videos (VHS + DVD) - 673
    2. Total VHS - 568
    3. Total DVD - 495 (Some DVD are unique and many are copies of VHS)
    4. Unique Videos titles that members can borrow for 1-week - 117 (we have duplicates of some.)
    5. Number of VHS to convert to DVD or Re-Make to DVD - 92 (we have some DVDs that don’t play and quite a few that were never converted to DVD)
    6. Percentage of all VHS that are converted to DVD - 82%
